Media library
Every image, carousel and video the brand owns, one newest-first grid. Studio, then Media.
Tabs
All, Images, Carousels and Videos filter the grid by kind. A second page tab, Designs, holds pictures built in the image designer. The designs a carousel renders through live elsewhere: Settings, then Carousel designs. See Carousel designs.
Unused only narrows the grid to assets no post references yet.
Preview
Click any tile: an image opens large, a video opens in a player, a carousel opens as a swipeable deck. See Carousels for the carousel-specific actions: edit, rename, new post, delete.
Adding media
Upload takes a JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF straight from your device.
Add from URL fetches a public image server-side, up to 25 MB, and drops it in once it has downloaded. Private, internal or non-HTTP(S) URLs are refused before they are ever queued.
New carousel starts one blank or from a design. See Carousels.
Video does not go through here. It uploads directly from the composer, in parts, and gets probed against each platform's requirements before it can be scheduled. See Video uploads.
Storage
The page header shows how much of your plan's storage you have used. Uploading, fetching from a URL, or rendering a carousel past the limit is refused, with a message telling you to free up space or upgrade.
Deleting
Refused while a post still needs the asset: unpublished work (draft, awaiting approval or approved), or a publication that is pending or about to go out. The refusal names the posts.
Once nothing needs it, an image or video deletes outright. A carousel's own rendered pictures and its slides go with it; a picture slide's own upload never does, since that is yours, not the design's render.
New post from this
Every tile's menu has New post from this. An image attaches to a fresh text draft, a video becomes a video draft, a carousel becomes a carousel draft carrying that same carousel row. Sharing one carousel, image or video across posts is intentional, and each tile's "used ×N" is how you can tell.
