Drafts and the composer
A draft is the actual content. Open one from any Planning view and it slides in as an editor.
Statuses

Creating one
Promote an idea from the Library. Optionally AI-written from the idea, in your brand's voice.
New draft from the top bar, when you already know what you want to say.
From research: a hook, a script, or a tracked video can each write a draft directly.
Repurpose an existing approved draft into other formats.
Editing
Write it. Pick the content profile, which sets the voice and the carousel look. Pick the pillar, which is what makes per-pillar performance analysis possible later.
Always edit the AI draft
Generated drafts are a starting point. The ones that land are the ones you rewrote. If you find yourself making the same correction repeatedly, fix the voice guide instead of the draft.
Carousels
A carousel draft holds slides rather than one body. Click Render carousel and each slide renders to a JPEG at 1080 by 1350, using the carousel template from the content profile or a per-draft override.
Rendering runs in the background. Slides appear on the draft when it finishes.
Video
Video uploads directly from your browser to storage, in parts, never through the app server. Once uploaded it is probed and checked against each target platform's requirements before it can be scheduled. See Video uploads.
Repurpose
Turns one approved post into several assets: a carousel, a short-form video script, a shorter caption for Instagram, and optionally a translation.
Everything it produces is a new draft at status draft. Nothing is scheduled and nothing is posted.
Approving
The gate. Click Approve and the draft becomes schedulable.
There is no path from draft to scheduled or published that skips this. See Approve and schedule.
Rejecting
Kills a draft, from draft, approved or scheduled. Reversible with Unreject, which returns it to draft.
Rejecting a scheduled draft does not automatically clear its slots. Skip those in the Queue.
Mark posted
Moves a draft straight to published without publishing anything.
It is for content you posted by hand. It records reality so the draft stops sitting in your queue and so metrics can match against it later.
Per-network captions
One approved draft can go to several platforms, and each has different limits: 300 characters on Bluesky, 3,000 on LinkedIn. The caption is adjusted per network at schedule time, not on the draft itself.
