The calendar and the draft list: what is scheduled, and what is still being worked on. Studio, then Calendar.
Capturing an idea and deciding whether to approve a draft live on their own pages now: Ideas for capture (see below), and Approve and schedule for the review queue.
Two views
Calendar (default) shows the month or week with drafts on their planned dates and booked slots on their publish times. Good for spotting a thin week. A rail of unshortlisted ideas sits alongside it, so you can drag one straight onto a day.
List is the draft table: filter by status, sort, scan quickly. Good for working through a backlog.
The view is in the URL, so a bookmark or a reload brings back the same screen. Old links to the library or approvals views redirect to the Ideas and Approvals pages, which carry that work now.
The draft editor
Opening a draft, from either view, slides in an editor rather than navigating away. From there you can edit, schedule, reject, attach or design a carousel, or repurpose into other formats. See Drafts.
Where ideas come from
Ideas live on their own Ideas page now, not a tab of this one.

Each idea gets one of four decisions on the Ideas page: Promote (creates a draft, optionally AI-written in your voice), Shortlist, Dismiss, or Start script (sends it to the script builder instead).
Dismiss generously
An idea queue you are afraid to dismiss from stops being useful. Dismissed ideas are not deleted, and their source refs stay known, so the same commit will not be mined into a new idea later.
Quick capture
The button in the top bar drops an idea into the Ideas inbox from anywhere in the app, then returns you where you were. Capture should not cost a navigation.
Research posts, inline
A saved post from Inspiration can be opened as a sheet directly inside the Ideas page, so you can look at the source material while triaging without leaving the page.
Pillars and per-network previews
Each idea shows its pillar as a coloured chip, and the filter row above the list (All, one per pillar, No pillar) narrows the inbox to one theme, with a real count next to each.
A text idea also shows a row of your connected accounts (each one's picture with its network's badge) with a small dot: green when that network already has its own version of the idea and it fits the network's limit, red when it has one but the text is too long, amber when it has no version and the shared text does not fit either, and no dot when it has no version but the shared text fits as is. A count next to the row says how many networks are written.
Click the idea's text, or one of those accounts, and a panel opens in place, without leaving the list. On the left: an optional Story, the fuller account behind the idea (what happened, the numbers, the reasoning) that never gets published itself, a Default tab with the idea's plain text, and one tab per connected account holding that network's own text, with a live counter against its limit. Write for <network> (Rewrite once a version exists), or Write the missing ones, spends AI credits to write it, grounded only in the story (or the plain text, when there is no story) and following your voice, including that network's own override. It only ever runs for the one idea open on screen: there is no bulk writer, and nothing is written for a network you connect later until you open the idea again. Versions exist for text ideas only, and only for networks that take text or a picture; a reel, a carousel or a video idea has none, and neither does a video-only network like TikTok or YouTube.
On the right, a live preview shows what that text would actually look like on the active tab's network, as that account, fold and all, and for a picture-only network like Instagram, the real text card image.
A version never decides where an idea gets posted. Starting a draft carries the story and every version along: picking a channel whose network has one fills that channel's own text from it, still editable, with a way back to the shared text.
Badges
Ideas and Approvals each carry their own sidebar badge now: ideas at new, and drafts awaiting review. Neither this page nor the calendar carries a badge.
