Projects
Collections. A project groups saved videos, hooks and scripts under one name.
Studio, then Projects.
What it is for
Research generates a lot of loose material. Projects give you somewhere to put the pieces that belong together.
Useful shapes:
- A content series. Every video, hook and script for a five-part run.
- A theme you are exploring. Everything about onboarding, until it becomes posts.
- A launch. All the material for one announcement.
Using it
Create a project. Then from any video, hook or script, use Add to project.
An item can be in several projects. Removing it from a project does not delete it.
What it is not
There are no due dates, no assignees, no statuses, no board. It is a labelled collection, deliberately.
Scheduling lives in Planning and the Queue. Projects are for the research stage, before anything is a draft.
When to skip it
If you post reactively, mining ideas and shipping them within the week, you will never need projects. That is a legitimate way to work.
Projects earn their place when you are building something multi-part and the pieces would otherwise scatter across three pages.
