Insights

Reports. Studio, then Insights.

Three kinds, listed separately because they answer different questions.

Patterns

What the videos you tracked have in common. Generated on demand, over your analysed research videos.

Answers "what is actually working in my space right now", from evidence rather than opinion.

Analyse a decent number of videos in Videos first. A pattern report over three videos is three anecdotes.

Capped at 30 videos per report.

Performance

Your own numbers. Generated automatically on the 1st of each month, one report per month.

Contains top posts by engagement, per-pillar averages, a weekly trend, and a few observations grounded in the actual figures.

It only covers platforms with metrics

Instagram and Bluesky. LinkedIn post analytics do not exist in Postlyra, so LinkedIn is absent from these reports. See Metrics.

The per-pillar breakdown is the part worth reading. It tells you which of your themes actually earns attention, which is hard to feel accurately and easy to measure.

Tagging drafts with a pillar is what makes it possible.

Topic

Ask about a subject and get an analysis across searches and posts. Generated on demand.

Good for checking whether a topic has room before you commit a series to it.

Capped at 3 searches and 40 posts per report, so it is a read on a topic rather than an exhaustive survey.

Also on this page

A performance digest, and your best posting times based on what has actually performed rather than generic advice.

Both show "no data yet" until enough has published and synced. Give it a month.

Reading them honestly

Small numbers are noise. One post outperforming by 3x in a month of 12 posts is not a pattern, it is one post.

Look at per-pillar averages over several months before you restructure your content around a finding. The monthly reports accumulate, which is what makes that possible.
